last modified: April 28, 2022

Introduction

Quotus, Inc. (”
Company” or “We”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our services through our QUOTUS application (the “
App”), or visit https://quot.us (our “Website”). This includes any official software and chat extensions provided under our family of products, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

A quick heads up - any content or audio added to your cassette tool is 100% private and for your eyes only. These recordings are drafts stored locally on your device that can be further published or shared to the platform. We also cannot access or read your messages. Only when you browse and interact with social features will we attempt to provide you with an enhanced service, which may include relevant quotes and curated content. While we try to stay ad-free, we may choose to run or test certain image and audio advertisements from time to time, assuming they are minimally-invasive and congruent with our design patterns and practices.

This policy applies to information we collect:

• In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the App.

• Through authentic mobile and desktop applications you download from the internet, which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and our central servers.

• When you interact with our applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this policy.

It does not apply to information collected by:

• Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries); or

• Any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the App.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our App or refuse service. By accessing or using this App, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of this App after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
